i'm not really sure where to post this, but my good friend, let's call him Mark, apparently has this thing called Crohns. I mean, we were hanging around in my room yesterday and he just told me that it means that he has to use the bathroom alot, and I don't really get it. What the hell is this Crohn's thing? What is Remicade? And why is he telling me that it might not work?

I'm so confused, does anybody have any answers?
