Default I need some assistance

My name is Erica. I've been diagnosed with Crohn's Disease for over 12 years and consider myself blessed to be doing well with it at this time.
I am very passionate about IBD research and increasing awareness of both Crohn's and Ulcerative Colitis and what it means to live with these diseases.
As such, I have chosen to conduct my dissertation research on just this topic, coping with IBD.

I'm pursuing my PhD in Counseling Psychology and have developed an online survey for those with CD and UC. Unfortunately, it's gotten minimal response so far.

My study is the first of its kind, examining coping and psychological growth processes in individuals with IBD. It needs to be done and published so that researchers and treatment professionals can learn about those of us with IBD.

If you are willing to help and would like to take part in this study, you can click on the link below.

Your participation is completely voluntary. Those who participate will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win one of two $50.00 prizes.

We ask that you please be over the age of 18 and have a medical diagnosis of either Ulcerative Colitis or Crohn’s Disease.

Thank you.
